So I am going to teach you guys how to make a basic Breyer halter.

Here are the supplies you'll need:
Hot glue
Ribbon
Scissors
4 jump rings (or circular wire)
2 attached jump rings
A lobster claw jewelery clasp with a jump ring attached

To begin cut a piece of ribbon a little longer the a inch and a half and attach a jump ring on each side.
it should look like this.

measure the size by placing the piece about on your model horses muzzle the jump ring should reach its mouth on both sides.
Now cut another piece of ribbon the same size as the last. Attach one side to a jump ring on the previous piece. Before you attach the other side take the 2 attach jump ring and slide them on the ribbon (look below for example) then attach the other end of the ribbon to the other jump ring. it should fit the horse a little snug but NOT to tight!
Next cut 2 pieces of ribbon that reach from the jump ring to his ear. attach both to the jump rings. Next attach a jump ring on both ends of the ribbon.

Glue on a ribbon that can reach one of those rings, go behind his ears, and reach the other. DO NOT GLUE THE OTHER SIDE YET! attach the lobster claw jewelery clasp on the unattached side, and hook the lobster claw to the jump ring.

Now glue a ribbon to the same jump ring you attached the claw to and go under his chin/cheek/jaw (whatever you call it) and glue it to the other side.

This is the last step glue a small piece of ribbon to the attached jump rings and glue the other side to the chin/cheek/jaw strap.

Your halter is now finished  enjoy!
